**About our company**

STS Access are a company specialising in access solutions for clients in the construction, refurbishment and maintenance sectors supplying anything from a pair of steps to a complex scaffold structure.

**Role**

As part of a small, friendly team of people, you will be the central point of call for our customers and depot colleagues, dealing with the administration for hire, sale, web sales and training.

Although customer service based, the role is varied, and you will be trained on other administrative duties after the introductory training.

**Duties**
- Dealing with all incoming phone calls and answering queries from customers both existing and new
- Taking orders over the phone and sending out relevant paperwork
- Processing of hires, off hires and sales
- Processing supplier invoices
- Creating and updating customer records across various platforms
- Maintaining Training Course Diary
- Taking card payments over the phone
- Any other ad-hoc duties to support as required

**Person Skills**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can help us in our mission to maintain our high levels of customer service.

Own transport will be required due to rural location.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
