Interim L&D Consultant/ Care Home Trainer/ Health and Social Care Trainer

Up to £33,000 inc salary and car allowance - to cover the Manchester Region

Based from Home 9-month contract

HR Careers Nationwide Recruitment Service have an exciting role for a Care Home Trainer who has a background in nursing home or care home training and Health & Social Care client. Our client is seeking an inspirational and motivational Learning and Development / People Development manager to cover the Manchester area.

**Responsibilities**:
To promote a culture of learning and continued professional development.

Deliver professional health and social care/ care home training across the Midlands region

**Requirements**:
Ideally, you will have a health and social care, care home, a nursing home background working within a health & social care environment or similar.

You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering presentations and be adept at producing your own PowerPoint or similar presentations.

You will be liaising with the management team and truly partnering the business with deciding what, how, why, and where training is needed for the managers and in turn their teams.

You will have experience in delivering training in care homes/ nursing homes or health and social care and have trained in a multi-site.

The role will require you to drive to various sites across the region, with various training, health, and social care paraphernalia which will be supplied by our client, along with a laptop and phone. All mileage and overnight stays will be paid for.

Learning and Development Consultant/ People Development Consultant trainer to deliver

Working with stakeholders, training and development peers develop and deliver training plans and solutions.

Delivering learning and development/ training sessions to various care homes.
- Ideally, you will have a health and/ or social care background working within a health & social care environment or similar.
- You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering presentations, and be adept at producing your own PowerPoint or similar presentations.
- You will have experience in training delivery
