We are looking for a Regional Security Officer to work across the Manchester and Northwest region. You will need to be a car driver for this position.

You will be working across various corporate sites that we have in the area.

As a Regional Security Officer you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

**A typical day in the life as a Regional Security Officer**:

- You are to maintain the highest personal standards of turnout and bearing and always demonstrate a professional manner towards your team, Wilson James and site staff and visitors.
- To ensure that you are fully aware of your duties as laid down in the assignment instructions of each site you work on.
- Provide a strong customer service-based approach to members of the public & site staff
- You are to comply fully with the site instruction and any other reasonable and lawful instruction given to you by your contract manager or supervisor.
- Ensure that you are aware of your duty shifts and that you report in good time to commence such duties and book on within the period given.
- To remain alert at all times whilst on shift to potential hazards; report any serious incident (e.g., fire or theft) immediately.
- Routine patrols to ensure site security and visitor safety if required on site.
- Manage access control to site
- Monitor and review CCTV, if required and you are in possession of a CCTV licence.
- Challenge any person not permitted to be on-site.
