My client has been trading for over 50 years and are considered market leaders in what they do. As they continue to expand they are looking for a Sales Ledger to join a team of 9 where you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and getting the chanceto expand on your existing skills.

Below is a list of the duties and responsibilities for this role:

- Assisting with the management of sales ledger portfolios
- Helping to invoice on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in line with invoicing procedures for multiple different clients
- Raising credit notes for invoices and lack of service
- Working alongside the Financial Coordinator and Credit Control Manager
- Learning about chasing debts and resolving any queries
- Chasing clients for purchase orders and producing reports regarding the invoicing
- Communicate with other departments if payments are being held up due to purchase order not received or account issues
- Processing internal sales orders and ensuring contract invoicing lines are maintained
- Creations of new customer accounts
- Liaising with the Sales Department to ensure correct quotations are received
- Uploading invoices to customer portals
- Monthly invoicing of stock items from the warehouse
- Uploading and managing price increase including service additions and reductions
- Taking incoming calls (queries and complaints) from customers, sales, and billing
- Provide Statements, invoices reminder letters
- Month end procedures and ledger management
- Supporting month end completion
- Assist with the production of management information
