We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team at Macfarlane Group in Trafford Park, Manchester. As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately producing sales invoices via Sage 50, after collating and checking sales orders and delivery notes.

This is a full-time role, working Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm. With time and experience, you'll have opportunities to take on more complex responsibilities, including providing cover and support for our Accounts Manager during absences.

You will work closely with the Accounts Manager and Buyer to ensure stock records on SAGE are always up to date. You will also perform other ad-hoc office tasks as required.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in sales and purchase ledger, accounting administration, and invoicing
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Solid understanding of IT operations, particularly with SAGE LINE 50, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
