Look no Further, At Doncaster’s we have an exciting opportunity for 3 Maintenance & Facilities Services Technical Engineering apprentices to join our team in Doncaster’s precision Castings Ltd in Worcestershire.
**The Role**
This is an exciting apprenticeship position, where you will be supported through a 5-year, Level 3 Maintenance and operations engineering technician course. This role offers the perfect blend of personal and professional development, exposing you to the core of our business. Entering an apprenticeship scheme with us involves working towards the role of a fully-fledged professional, earning a salary, whilst also being able to maintain a sense of academic achievement. At Doncaster’s we provide the perfect mix between hands-on experience and a formal qualification, enabling our apprentices to make a real lasting difference to our customers and industry not just for now, but far into the future.
**The 5-year plan will look as follows**:
**Year 1 - 3**:
Buddy programme with colleagues within the business and a full rotation pathway will be put in place.
**Year 4**:
Offered a HNC or a technical qualification such as a metrology. If this is not the desired route, then a form of development route will be offered.
**Year 5**:
Continuation of technical qualification or development plan.
