Fixed Term - 12 month contract

**More main duties include**:
1. To provide administrative support the COVID19 Operational Lead, Clinical Leads and ICC Coordinators to deliver scoping, planning, implementation, and delivery of the COVID19 Incident Control Centre
2. To work flexibly and collaboratively across all of CPFTs directorates and services
3. The post holder will take responsibility for maintaining appropriate COVID19 documentation and ensure that regular reports are provided to the COVID19 command structure and executive group
4. To support action chasing in order to achieve delivery of actions in a timely and pro-active way, supporting the COVID19 command structure
5. To support the coordination, attend and take actions during meetings and workshops, diaries and any associated logistics, producing timely meeting outputs for circulation to all interested parties
6. Reports to the COVID19 Operational Lead, Clinical Leads, ICC Coordinators and Command structure
7. Support the day to day running of the COVID19 Incident Control Centre with support from the COVID19 Operational Lead, Clinical Leads and ICC Coordinators
8. To support the ongoing review of all the COVID19 Incident Control Centre processes
9. Manage the COVID19 Incident Control Centre telephone management
10. Undertake the completion of national and local situational reports related to COVID19, including completion of required situational reports during weekends / Bank Holidays on a rota basis

1. To communicate effectively at all levels with all stakeholders and to support the COVID19 operational and clinical lead in communicating and presenting to large diverse groups. This may include sensitive and confidential information
2. Develop and build positive relationships with key people at all levels including the COVID19 Operational Lead, Clinical Leads, ICC Coordinators, the Command structure, staff, partner organisations and stakeholders to ensure effective collaborative working, improve shared knowledge in order to understand their priorities, plans, ways of working and challenges.
