**Do you want to be part of a team in a brand-new children’s home in Oldham?**

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a brand-new children’s home in Oldham.

The service is planned to open June/July and will be home to one young person aged around 15-16 years with SEMH needs.

The company is a not-for-profit community interest organization that provides bespoke wraparound support services and intervention for children, young people, and families who have special educational needs and disabilities and/or social, emotional, and mental health needs.

**Senior Residential Support Worker Experience**
- Diploma level 3 Children and young people workforce or NVQ equivalent, social work degree or equivalent or willingness to work the above Diploma.
- Ability to work shift work, on a rolling rota.
- At least 12 months of relevant supervisory experience in a children’s residential setting.
- At least 12 months experience of working in a residential setting with young people with challenging behaviours, providing care, or working with young people.

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)
- Supervising: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (required)
