**Role**
Reporting to the Sales Director and leading a dedicated national sales team, you will responsible for growing hire, installation and service sales - selling predominantly to facility managers within the utilities, industrial, commercial and construction sector,end user customers.
Key task will include: refining the sales strategy, assessing, growing and developing your team, introducing organisational and cultural change whilst inspiring and leading the team in the pursuit of greater profitability and performance.
**You**
The role calls for a hand's on and inspirational sales leader, an advocate and implementor of robust sales process, with the strategic and tactical skills to deliver outstanding commercial results.
Demonstrable experience of successfully selling product/equipment hire solutions into our clients target markets is essential.
Personal credibility, vision and drive, coupled with an ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
