About the role

As a member of the Repairs Administration team at Likewize, you will be responsible for the correct management and scheduling of repairs into our internal repair centre based on an allocated line of business. Working alongside the relevant management within the logístical operation, you will ensure that devices received are repaired and dispatched within the agreed SLA’s, whilst also maintaining correct repair status management through our IT systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Management of repairs conducted across your given line of business through first in, first out implementation (FIFO)
- Repair administration for any received devices not eligible for repair through an exceptions route (SAW) request
- Processing of bulk device returns to refurbishment suppliers
- Customer and accounts escalations and queries across multiple workstreams
- Repair scheduling for all technicians setup for each workstream
- Repair status management
- Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Computer literacy required, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in repair or inventory management
- Previous experience with administration work is essential due to the nature and volume of orders moving through the operation each day
