**The Production Quality Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Providing Engineering and production support
- Managing manufacturing processes to understand and implement and improve methods
- Document control
- Liaising and coordinating with customers regarding any complaints and rejected parts
- Visiting customers and sites to discuss and resolve any quality concerns
- Health and safety - conducting inductions for new employees
- Analysing & improving current processes alongside the introduction of new technologies & processes
- Assisting the Production Manager in administrative duties to provide an efficient, high quality service

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role (Production Engineering or Quality)
- Computer literate with experience of using all Microsoft Office systems, ERP, databases, and data analysis software
- Strong knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing or Production
- Full UK driving licence

**Additional**:

- £27k - £30K salary
- Permanent opportunity
- 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
