Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Weston-super-Mare, United Kingdom. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day activities of our business.

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including office supplies and equipment inventories.
  • Prepare and edit high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with excellent time management skills.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members with administrative tasks, including diary management, email handling, and document preparation.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including administrative metrics and team productivity.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced skills in document creation and editing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to task completion.
