We have a **brand-new role available** within Dental Studios Scotland for a call centre team leader. Our head office is based in Kilmarnock and helps to coordinate our private Dental clinics based throughout the west coast and central Scotland.

You will work closely alongside the Area Managers and Dental reception Managers to ensure our business runs as smoothly as possible. Based in our flagship practice. We are experiencing rapid growth, so it is a very exciting time to join us.

**The role will include a variety of tasks and responsibilities including**:

- Answering telephone enquiries
- Contacting lead enquiries
- Booking appointments for both new and existing patients
- Responding to social media enquiries
- Sales: Promoting the services we offer including dental treatments and membership plans
- Using Dental specific software and the company CRM to track all enquiries
- Taking payments via our cloud-based payment system
- Working in a fast-paced environment that requires a friendly and professional approach
- Providing support and ongoing development to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of call centre staff.
- Producing reports and KPIs
- Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to providing a first-class service to our patients.
- Desirable but not essential experience
- Knowledge of SOE
- Previous dental knowledge or experience.
- Sales
- Use of a CRM

The role is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week.

**The shifts are**:

- Monday - 10am - 6.30pm
- Tuesday 10am - 6.30pm
- Wednesday - 9am - 5.30pm
- Thursday - 12.00pm - 8.30pm
- Friday - 10.30am - 2pm
- Saturday - 10am - 2pm
