**Team Lead - Medical & Dental Staff**

**37.5 hours - Permanent**

To provide comprehensive and high-level advice and guidance to Medical and Dental Management teams on transactional processes in relation to Medical & Dental staff.

Overall management responsibility for the processing of the rotational placements for Doctors and Dentists in Training (DDiT).

Responsible for the review, development, and management of systems to support processes around Honorary/Observer Contracts, the extension of Fixed Term Contract and the management of Less Than Full-time Trainees.

Responsible for leading the Medical Staffing Team in the different administration requirements of the Trainee and Career grade medical and dental groups.
