Howden Joinery is currently recruiting a Delivery Partner to support our L&D Team. This is a permanent role which can be based at either our Howden (Yorkshire), Croxley (Watford) or Raunds (Northamptonshire) site.

**This role will focus on three core elements**:
**Embedding Activities**: This is a crucial part of the role, aimed at ensuring the impact of our programs is visible and tangible within the business.

**Essential Skills**: Collaborating with six learning partners, this position at peak times may be required to support the delivery of key skills ranging from sales training to management development within our Trade teams.

**Stock, Systems, & Processes**:The role involves training managers on core processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

**What will you be doing as the Delivery Partner**:

- Delivering high-quality virtual and face-to-face training sessions tailored to enhance essential skills within trade depot environments.
- Collaborating with managers and team leaders to seamlessly integrate training outcomes into daily tasks and operations.
- Regularly maintaining and updating training materials to ensure they remain relevant, engaging, and aligned with current industry standards and business needs.
- Working closely with the wider L&D team and continuously leveraging insights to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
- Administering and promoting our Learning Management System to enhance learning accessibility and track learner progress.
- Systematically measuring, evaluating, and reporting on training effectiveness, focusing on key outcomes such as sales performance and participant feedback.

**What do you need to qualify for the Delivery Partner**:

- Proficient in delivering L&D programs, both face-to-face and virtually, emphasising practical skill development.
- Knowledgeable about depot or retail stock, systems, and processes.
- Skilled in measuring the ROI of learning activities.
- Experienced in collaborating with business and HR leaders to design effective learning interventions.
- Familiar with learning management systems and up-to-date with learning trends.
- Exceptional at building relationships across all organisational levels.
- Adept at influencing and driving behavioural change.
- Clear and effective communicator, simplifying complex information.
- Highly organised, capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
