We are looking for a Technology Business Partner to join us as we undertake a significant period of change to become digitally integrated and joined up across our platform. You will form a key part of this transformation, focusing on meeting both the current needs of our customers and users as well as planning for the future. You’ll be a key part of Group IT, reporting directly into our CIO and accountable for the end-to-end IT solutions supporting our business. As well as being a single point of contact for all aspects of IT strategy, delivery, and operational management, ensuring that IT continues to contribute value.

As our Technology Business Partner, you will provide technology, delivery direction and expertise across the business. Acting as a single point of contact for all aspects of IT strategy, delivery, and operational management, ensuring that IT continues to contribute significant business value.

**About You**
- First and foremost, you will have significant, proven, and up-to-date knowledge and skills in programme, project and product management techniques, process, and controls.
- Demonstrable knowledge of methodology and experience of projects involving software development, integration (via API or other methods), cloud technology, CRMs, management/migration of complex data sets and enterprise technology platforms
- Strong leadership credibility with the ability to take the initiative, be assertive, persuasive and to motivate and inspire a range of audiences across a digital transformation programme.
- Demonstrable ability to lead a high performing team with emotional intelligence which enables others to be empowered to undertake their best work.
- Ability to build strategic collaborative relationships and partnerships across areas of responsibility.
- Highly developed analytical/problem solving skills with the ability to lead on the resolution of complex problems or issues, drawing on the most appropriate resources across a large multiskilled team
