Management Support Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Management Support Administrator to work as part of our Senior Leadership Business Support Team. Predominantly working from home, but expectation of travel to teams, as required, based across Norfolk and Waveney to support service delivery. This is a full time (37.5 hours) substantive position.
You will be joining a fast-paced, changing, and at times challenging environment and will need a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word & Excel which are essential. Knowledge of NHS systems such as ESR, Oracle, Trac and Health Roster would be an advantage, however training would be given in respect to any training needs.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation, and administration skills. You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
The post holder is required to maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with professional and Trust policy. The post holder may access information only on a need-to-know basis in the direct discharge of duties and divulge information only in the proper course of their duties.
This role will predominantly support the Core Care Group and Senior Leadership Team; however, responsibilities may change dependent on service need. Main duties include:
- Contribute to effective communication by liaising with internal and external parties and agencies as required on behalf of the team.
- Effective diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.
- To use electronic systems to input and access information as required by the locality management team.
- Attend and contribute to internal / external meetings relevant to the post.
- Deal with correspondence and communication liaising, prioritising and co-ordinating with the team
- To maintain a clear code of conduct and high standards of customer service in terms of dignity, respect and excellent customer service to all internal and external customer
General administrative duties will also be undertaken to support the wider Service Business Support Team and will include, but not be limited to, accurate and timely input into Trust electronic systems, maintaining paper and electronic health records, minuting of meetings, diary management, recruitment, using Oracle and liaising with other Teams/Agencies as necessary
