Linx, is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader - a multitasker who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has excellent communication skills and is willing to work in a challenging environment.
This is a full-time role to be based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire UK.

Your challenge
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading global manufacturing company in the St Ives area. The role is responsible for leading a team to make sure all customer orders are delivered on time, and queries are responded to efficiently and professionally, delivering excellent service levels to both internal and external customers.

**As a Customer Service Team Leader at Linx, you will**:
Lead and support the Customer Service Team to respond to customer enquiries and load customer orders onto Oracle
Resolve escalated issues to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service
Develop the Customer Service Advisors and improve the team’s processes
Manage the new partner on-boarding process, making sure the team’s tasks are completed
Produce, maintain & deliver training of the team’s Standard Operating Procedures

Customer focused individual who can lead the team to deliver high performance
Service-oriented individual with strong communication skills to manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborative and focussed on continuous improvement
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role

**Your Education and/or Background Experience should include**:
Experience in a Customer Service role working with international customers or in a manufacturing set up will be an advantage
Experience of Salesforce and/or Oracle will be an advantage
