- Responsibilities:_

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation assisting our finance department with assisting to prepare and check invoices and carry out reconciliations between our project management and finance systems. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Duties**:

- Posting daily customer receipts into Simpro and Xero systems (cash allocation) and maintaining the cash book
- Banking cheques
- Investigating and allocating unallocated cash
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Ensuring all invoices and credit notes are raised in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting with bad debt write offs following appropriate approval
- Processing expenses and BACS payments

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience using CRM systems namely Xero & Simpro would be highly beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
