Our client based in Gloucester seeks an experienced Finance Assistant to join their small and friendly team on a temporary/ temporary to permanent basis during an exciting period of transition.

As the Finance Assistant, your duties will include:

- Processing sales & purchase invoices in sage 50 accounts.
- Processing bank transactions in sage 50 & bank reconciliation.
- Credit control.
- Process expenses & petty cash expenditure.
- Make supplier payments via online banking.
- Calculate hours for monthly payroll and raise payroll payments via online banking.
- Process payroll journals.
- Reconcile supplier accounts against statements.
- Raise purchase orders in sage 50, source consumables for workshop staff.
- Support non sage users.
- Customer & Supplier communications.

**The Finance Assistant will need to be fully proficient in Sage 50** and be confident in providing support to members of staff learning who are learning to use Sage 50.
