Make your mark and showcase your skills and experience in this new role, designing and implementing a revised framework forthe way in which compliance and technical training is scheduled and delivered across the business.

THE ROLE
As the Training Manager you will be responsible for reviewing, planning and implementing a new framework for the way in which training and compliance is delivered across the business. You will work towards ensuring that all training needed (for employeesand sub contractors, across various projects) is delivered with structure, and come away from supplier lead and project lead last minute demands. To be be proactive and streamline the way in which training is delivered across the group, putting business andcompliance needs at the forefront, via a first-class quality and commercially viable model.
