Project Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator, project co-ordinator or general office assistant? Would you like to utilise your experience on a part-time basis maybe to fit around school hours?
This highly successful business that sits within the construction sector has created a new vacancy due to continuous growth.
The role will support the Senior Project Administrator on a daily basis and will report into the Head of Projects.
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Raising new and updating existing jobs on in-house system.
- Raising and issuing sub-contractor orders and purchase orders as required.
- Creating and issuing quotes and updating system
- Signing off all sub-contractor and supplier invoices, dealing with any queries that may arise.
- To assist the Senior Project Administrator with day-to day administration tasks.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in equivalent role.
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills, pro-active approach to dealing with challenges, strong time management and prioritization of tasks, ability to multitask and work in flexible manner.
- Strong communicator at all levels of a business.
- Self-starter with commitment to self-development.
In return, a competitive salary is offered together with the flexibility to work around school hours.
This position is paying c£23-24,000 p.a. on a pro-rata basis, which equates to c£15-16,000 over 25 hours.
