Working with both our degree and Ofsted-rated Outstanding Post-16 courses, lead on events and projects that enrich the student experience.

This will include working with a team to organise major logístical events like the Graduation ceremony as well as developing internal communications to showcase opportunities to students and student stories.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the arts and creative industries, and giving young people a platform to succeed in them.

This will be a highly collaborative role. As well as working within the marketing and outreach departments, you will be helping deliver projects with individual academic teams and, at times, the senior leadership team.

Because of this, communication and organisation skills are really important - as well teamwork and the ability to manage your own workflow.

Major events and exhibitions are not only integral to student experience and professional development, they play an important role in connecting the college with the wider community, raising the profile of its courses and having a positive impact on the region’s cultural offer.

**About Hereford College of Arts**

Hereford College of Arts is a dedicated arts school with a specialist focus on art, media, design, craft, music and performing arts. Programmes include thirteen creative BA (Hons) degrees and three Masters courses, as well as a range of post-16 college-level programmes and all-age short courses.

Our mission is to empower creativity and enrich our world through transformative arts education. Our degrees courses scored among the highest in the country in the 2023 National Student Survey and our post-16 courses were just rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

This year we are celebrating 170 years of creative education in Hereford but our focus as an institution is on the future of the arts.
