We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Drama Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama to Key Stage 3/4 students and contributing to the development of our Drama department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Drama to Key Stage 3/4 students, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that promote academic success and personal growth.
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of our students.
  • Contribute to the development of our Drama department, including planning and delivering extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
  • QTS or PGCE in Drama or a related subject.
  • Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
