**CAR SALES CONTROLLER**

Due to continued growth year on year our client now seeks a further experienced Car Sales Controller from a franchised Dealership background. This role is working for one of the most successful and well-regarded Dealerships within Northern Ireland who are still achieving record sales in a fiercely competitive market.

The role will suit a **Sales Controller** who is able to lead from the front, keeping a successful team motivated with a proven ability to work under pressure; if possesses over 2 years’ experience and is looking for a fresh challenge then this could be for you.

Your commercial acumen will be second to none, offering a total commitment to delivering exemplary customer service; you will ensure that every customers experience matches the exceptional quality of the cars.

**The Role**
- Maintain product knowledge and be aware of Sales Promotions and quarterly campaigns in operation.
- Help lead the Sales team to achieve success focusing on defined priority areas.
- Follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business.
- Assist the Sales Manager with the daily operations of the department in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- To ensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase.
- Stack deals for the sales team and 2nd face customers
- Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process
- Deputising for the Sales Manager in his absence
- Complete training programs as required.
- Maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log.
- Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange, using the showroom enquiry form, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features.
- Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.

**The Person**:

- Experience within a franchised car dealership essential
- Knowledge of FCA obligations, F&I, Sales Processes
- experience carrying out full and accurate appraisals of vehicles presented in part-exchange.
- Excellent written, oral and T skills
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach
- Enthusiastic
- Positive with a ‘Can do’ attitude.
