This role is working in the Collections Team - Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

**You will need to have experience within Collections/Credit Control or phone based Sales for this role**

**If you have Collections experience the the client is happy to negotiate upwards on your current salary**

**Duties**
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to discuss repayments
- Taking payments
- Negotiating payment arrangements if a customer cannot pay in full
- Update accounts and ensure all notes are correct on the systems
- Deal with customer queries and handle

**Experience**
- Strong Telephone experience ideally in collections
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident phone manner
