**Invoicing Specialist - Finance - Manchester - Permanent**

We are currently recruiting for an Invoicing Specialist to manage one of our key divisions. You will be reporting into our Invoicing Specialist Team Leader, you will ensure consistent invoicing performance delivery across the divisions, and support in processing approximately 9,500 invoices per month alongside the invoicing team.

The role of the Invoicing Specialist requires you to have a great eye for detail and an ability to resolve problems quickly. You need to become confident with several primary 3e screens and processes and various follow-up secondary processes.

**Main Duties**:

- Producing monthly invoices for the relevant divisions
- Building a strong relationship with the Fee-Earners in your assigned division
- Work closely with Fee Earners to ensure their matters are invoiced regularly and any write off/down requests are dealt with according to the policy
- Dealing with interim, final and disbursement Invoicing
- Following up draft invoices with Fee Earners to ensure they are approved and issued to clients
- Dealing with all Invoicing and ledger queries, including creating credit notes where needed
- Liaising with other members within Finance to ensure queries are dealt with quickly
- Ensuring at all times that general administration duties are kept up to date and in line with the operational standards e.g. filing/ archiving
- To provide cover between the hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm and have a flexible approach to working hours and overtime as and when the business requires
- Following all the Firm’s policies and procedures
- Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times

We are seeking somebody with experience working within a busy finance environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisation and time management skills. Previous invoicing experience is essential, as well as a detail oriented approach and emphasis on achieving a high quality of work.
