**The Role**
Responsible for training and engaging Travel agents across the UK to sell P&O Cruises, you will work alongside the Training & Engagement Manager, to deliver the business plan objectives and wider business strategic goals whilst continuing to drive strongcommercial performance.
- responsible for delivering a professional, inspirational, and fun experience with the ambition of positively building the P&O Cruises brand and reputation within the Travel sector.
- Lead on the creation of Training materials, tools, and resources in accordance with brand guidelines ensuring content is accurate, professional, engaging, sustainable and easy to access across multiple channels.
- Work closely with the Trade Engagement function to ensure timely and effective activation or promotion of training activity or plans.
- Work closely with Travel agent managers and other external stakeholders to create bespoke and tailored training plans for individual Travel agent accounts or partners.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis. As a regional role, there will be a requirement tofrequently travel across the UK to visit Travel agencies and the P&O Cruises head office in Southampton. International Travel may be required for training delivery and hosting of training events on board ships alongside occasional out of hours work.

- Experience in the travel or tourism industry
- Experience building and creating professional, accurate and engaging training materials
- Strong presentation skills with an ability to engage an audience
- Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Be an analytical thinker and can utilise data to make informed decisions
