Poolhall Recruitment is recruiting for a regional sales manager to head up the South East/ West sales department. This is a predominantly field based position centred around generating new business & regional customer base growth in line with company objectives.The ideal candidate will have experience the waste industry sector and a minimum of 3+ years as a regional sales/ account manager.The successful candidate will receive a company or £500p/m car allowance alongside a lucrative commission structure.Responsibility's: * Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the South East/West region. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the clients customer base. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth. * Conduct regular visits to key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Well written and concise emails * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services. * Client management and customer service * Research the market and related industries * Managing your pipelinePlease apply now below or contact Jay at Poolhall Recruitment.
