The post holder will support the Senior Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator and wider team to coordinate and deliver an effective programme of clinical assurance and improvement activity across the Trust to support the delivery of high-quality patient care, to include the following key priorities
- National and local programme of clinical audit and service evaluation
- Support the Trust NICE guidance review process in order to deliver the best evidence-based care.

Alongside an identified Clinical Lead, and with supervision from the Senior Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator, the post holder will take day to day responsibility for a portfolio of delegated clinical effectiveness projects.

The post is a great opportunity to develop practical and analytical skills that are directly transferable and value adding to any health or social care role.

The post holder will join a friendly team which aims to provide the best possible support to clinical colleagues. Your learning and continuous service improvement are crucial to the team. The post supports hybrid working arrangements (home and option of various Trust locations)
