Site Facilities Assistant

The Facilities Management Service is passionate about the delivery of Council services to the citizens of Lancashire and make an effective contribution to the realisation of the Council's vision in making Lancashire the best place to live, work, visit and prosper.
Within this context, we are looking to recruit a Site Facilities Assistant to provide day to day facilities support in delivering a diverse range of services, predominately at our County Hall Headquarters and central buildings, Preston but may be required on an ad hoc basis, to assist in other FM managed buildings across Lancashire.
The role involves supporting the Site Facilities Team Leader in ensuring all FM properties are maintained to the highest standard of presentation and cleanliness, ensuring that staff and visitors are provided with a safe and pleasant working environment.
