**The essential bits**:

- Ideally experienced / qualified in **Marketing / Marketing Management.**:

- Knowledge and experience of **Marketing** products through trade channels, distribution, In addition to OEM, OE and OES supply channels.
- Skilled in developing solid **Marketing Plans** that integrate and develop sales functions alongside **Marketing Initiatives**.
- Capability to benchmark **Marketing Activity** alongside pre-determined milestones.
- Monitor and understand competitor activity in harmony with producing targeted proactive and reactive marketing plans.
- Develop presence both online and offline covering all marketing channels from SEO & social media platforms through to PR with trade press and trade marketing channels.
- Lead, manage & motivate a dedicated and focused small marketing team.
- Maintain brand value and brand positioning as the number 1 player, communicating effectively and driving forward automated communication across website, social media, trade platforms and trade media.
- Drive PR and company updates through managing trade media initiatives.
- Write interesting success stories to gain interest & engagement with trade press, trade customers and consumers alike.
