Key Responsibilities
  • Expedite orders and coordinate activities during periods of increased sales activity.
  • Manage the Sales Inventory Monitoring Systems to maintain optimum product profiles throughout the store and warehousing network.
  • Control the phasing in and out of seasonal and new products while maximising availability and sales opportunities.
  • Produce periodical reports for the Sales, Buying and Marketing teams to help target their promotions.
  • Manage the internet & telesales stock availability and hold flags to maximise sales opportunities while minimising customer disappointment.
Requirements
  • Use market conditions and historical data to analyse stock levels and forecast future demands.
  • Produce the monthly PI report and month end stock reports and KPI's for management.
  • Regularly review over-stocked items and develop new systems, work practices and controls with the General Manager.
