Aside from the Open Lobby, the Northampton hotel has 3 large function rooms, perfect for meetings, events and weddings.

In addition, the hotel were Winners of InterContinental Hotel Group Transformation awards at their Hotel Stars awards.

The hotel is well located for Moulton Park and Swan Valley business parks. Race fans will enjoy the nearby Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit, Towcester Race Course and Rockingham Motor Speedway as well as Whilton Mill Carting. Other attractions include Sulgrave Manor, Castle Ashby and Althorp House - the childhood home of Princess Diana and the Heart of the Shires Shopping Village

We are looking for a Resident Services Assistant to provide overnight support of the departmental operations and act as a point of contact for residents during the night.
You will be approachable and friendly people person with the willingness support and maintain a close relationship to residents throughout their stay.

This role is a multi-tasking role, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the residents are always met.

**Role in our Family**:
As a Resident Services Assistant, key to your role is:

- To operate the premises (24hr)
- Ensuring the set up of the buffet system in the restaurant area for mealtimes for residents
- Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene practises followed
- Clearing/sanitising of tables in restaurant area and the reception area
- To maintain the reception, food and beverage outlets, public areas, stores, back office, staff room and outside areas in a clean and tidy condition.
- Deal with any resident queries in a polite and friendly manner
- All complaints, comments, special requests to be recorded in the daily handover log.
- To clearly communicate with other departments to ensure mínimal impact on resident service.
- Conduct Night Audit procedure
