**Role summary**:
**NHS **Professionals** is recruiting for an administrator to support the Allied Health, Healthcare Science and Mental Health Recruitment Teams in delivering an efficient and effective recruitment service.

The role is really important, as it will help to ensure that recruitment processes are carried out in accordance with NHS Professionals Recruitment and Occupational Health Guidelines. We are looking for an administrator with high attention to detail and a customer centric approach.

**in our Hemel Hempstead office 2 days per week and the rest from home.**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the recruitment administration process on a day-to-day basis.
- Liaise and develop relationships with the customer and external agencies
- Ensure that NHS Professionals maintains and increases its customer market by assisting to promote and improve the service already given.
- Carry out and always maintain an effective and efficient service.
- Managing and responding to queries within the team inboxes.
- Proactively place named workers into bookings.
- Manage the booking process for agency/bank staff
- Proactively monitor and update extensions of bookings when required.
- Update and manage internal spreadsheets.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of recruitment and OH procedures and processes.
- Chase missing information from agencies including rate cards, compliance documents for bookings.
- Acting as the first point of contact for queries and assisting in the resolution of those queries.
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients, workers, and internal colleagues.
- Meeting or exceeding agreed Key Performance Indicators and Targets.
- Develop own skills and knowledge, ensuring full understanding of team interfaces/impacts within the department and organisation.
- Contribute to team meetings and discuss how processes can be improved
- To ensure that information is shared within the team by maintaining records kept on the shared drive, by attending and participating in team meetings and by raising concerns or queries when appropriate or necessary.
- Participate in and contribute positively to routine operational reviews and audit exercises in support of the NHS Professionals service, as part of a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate professional behaviour, always upholding the standards and behaviours of the NHSP way.
- Undergo retraining and refresher/update courses as and when required.
- To demonstrate effective, and professional communication skills across all areas of the business, both with internal and external clients including department managers, onsite teams, and Doctors.
- Dealing with customer complaints and escalating where appropriate.
- Deal with sensitive and confidential information and maintain accurate records.

- Check and verify the appropriate registration and qualifications.
