- Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers and clients to resolve queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Job Pack Creation: Create job packs and other administrative materials as required.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Administration Experience: Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
