Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Senior Vice President, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Senior Vice President's diary, scheduling internal and external meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and trust.
- Assist with the planning and management of the company's annual team international conference.
- Manage travel requirements, including booking hotels and flights.
- Help manage office systems in liaison with the IT department.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, attending meetings, drafting agendas, and minutes.
- Organize refreshments, lunches, and team hospitality events, such as company BBQs.
- Manage team days out and general administration tasks as required by the Senior Vice President.
- Collate raw data from internal and external sources and produce reports in appropriate formats.
- Support with social media presence, including updating LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website.
- Assist with monthly forecasting and corporate video generation in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Collaborate with the Senior Vice President to enhance the corporate image through participation in national business award applications.
- Manage bookings for weekly team sports events.
Requirements:
- Graduate or A-level education.
- High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.

- Strong IT skills, with high proficiency in Office applications.
