We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer who would really enjoy a role with daily challenges in a busy environment to join our dynamic team.

We will build your skills sets across all areas of the role (front and back end) and the wider aspects of Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Selection:
Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals, to identify top talent for our clients
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match their skills and qualifications with client requirements.
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes.
Compliance and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our CRM system so a good knowledge of computers and current software is essential
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices, ensuring GDPR compliance.
You will be happy to work on our social media platforms and where appropriate generate suggestions and ideas and improvements for change.
Qualifications:
Experience -You may be working in a Sales based environment already or in the Recruitment Industry or recruiting on behalf of a business in house, -We view this background as desirable but by no means inflexible. full training will be given to the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills - Essential
