As a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator, you will be responsible for finding the best talent, shaping careers, and being a recruitment matchmaker. You will use job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to discover outstanding candidates.

You will also be responsible for managing accurate records in our CRM system, adhering to legal and ethical standards, including GDPR regulations, and contributing ideas for our social media presence.

We are looking for a team player with an independent streak who can collaborate but also take the initiative. You should have strong communication skills, be resilient, and have a passion for ethical recruitment and a commitment to confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find the best talent: Use job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to discover outstanding candidates.
  • Shape careers: Screen, interview, and assess candidates, making sure they're the perfect fit for our clients.
  • Be a recruitment matchmaker: Present top talent to clients and help coordinate their interview process.
  • Manage accurate records: Use our CRM system to manage accurate records.
  • Adhere to legal and ethical standards: Follow GDPR regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Contribute to social media: Suggest ideas for our social media presence.
