Mdt & Planning Coordinator (Non Elective)

The MDT/Planning Coordinator role is pivot to the cardiology and surgery directorate in delivering non elective clinical services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person with the ability to use their initiative in order to support the patient’s clinical pathway. You will join a small team of existing MDT/Planning Coordinators.
MDT Co-coordinator is responsible for collating the necessary information for each patient to be presented and discussed on the agenda. The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathways of care, working alongside consultants and other disciplines of clinical staff.
