Butler Rose are currently working with a highly successful Essex based business who are looking to add to their team with the appointment of an administrator to support the Finance team.
This role would be ideal for someone who already has some administration experience and is looking for a role where they can expand their skillset and develop their career.
Reporting into the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Allocating payments to client accounts
Providing statements
Resolving invoice queries
Processing invoice adjustment and re-issues
Invoice reconciliation

You will not need previous experience of the above but you will need to have a high degree of accuracy and good attention to detail.
