- You will be working in the Electronics and Aerospace Division based at Crewe Toll in Edinburgh as part of the Supply Chain Acquisition team and involved in Radar, IRCM and Laser projects.What we can offer you:

- Manage the team of individuals assigned and support them in daily supply issues as an escalation point.
- Responsible for driving resolution of all Production Material supply issues for production through effective
engagement with Material Leads and into IPT’s ( Integrated Project Team ).
- Ensure team members adhere to structured processes and manage material into the business using pre determined
tools.
- Support other functions in supplier visits in both the UK and occasionally abroad.

- Effective and flexible communication
- Numerate and analytical
- High level of drive and commitment - results driven
- Leadership and performance management including coaching & mentoring of team.
- Awareness of SHE legislation, company requirements and procedures. ( Training given )
- Preferred HND/Degree and or MCIPS
- Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement role.
- Experienced in implementing and managing change
