**Your dream role**
- An exciting opportunity to join our high performing **Supply Chain and Logistics **team as a **Supply Chain Associate.**:

- You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will provide support to the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Cell and Gene Therapy Development and Quality Control teams.
- Support teams with the management of raw materials procured in support of GMP manufacture and suppliers, planning, logistics, and distribution.
- Assist with the receipt of inbound deliveries of materials, including ambient and cold chain material, and move to the appropriate holding location awaiting release.
- Drive company vehicle for the transfer of materials between sites.
- Pick released material for manufacturing kits.
- Ensure manufacturing kits are processed to meet the manufacturing schedule.
- Operate a first expired, first out (FEFO) for raw materials and consumables.
- Assist with the management of appropriate stock levels of all general consumables and carry out stocks checks of consumables and reagents.
- Replenish materials as required via inventory management process, ensuring stock is available for production areas.
- Assist in passing additional materials or paperwork as required to the production team during processing.
- Assist in shipping temperature sensitive products to clinical trial sites in accordance with Good Distribution Practice.
- Perform all activities in accordance with GMP and standard operating procedures.
- Assist as required with the investigation of supplier complaints.
- Ensure all materials and equipment is stored safely, correctly, and securely depending on item classifications.
- Good housekeeping of storage areas to maintain an audit ready facility.

**About you**
- You will have GMP experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience of handling temperature sensitive materials.
- Warehouse experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Competency in computer packages including Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships.
- Able to create a positive environment through self-awareness and social skills.
- Manage and influence stakeholders’ and customer expectations effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a real desire to continually develop and improve our processes.

**Requirements**:

- A clean valid full UK driving licence.
