**Claims Executive - Norfolk & Suffolk - ARD898734**

Reporting in to the Claims Team Leader you will ensure delivery of a proactive, efficient and effective claims service providing accurate, compliant and value-added services at all times. **Key Responsibilities**
- This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities._
- Maintain all standards of our claims service delivery by adhering to Group Procedures for claims as set out in both the Claims Operational Procedures Manual and Acturis Best Practice Guide
- Ensure all claims details are recorded accurately and in accordance with procedural guides on the relevant PAS system
- Produce Claims information and reports for client renewals, in good time and within specified deadlines
- To be proactive in the arrangement and management of regular client claim review meetings, and attend such meetings fully prepared and produce accurate up to date claims MI for the purpose of such meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues in both broking and new business teams to ensure the provision of good quality claims data, provision of our claims proposition to both existing clients and any prospective clients
- To be available for client and/or adjuster meetings at the request of the client and in case of emergency to assist clients with their claims
- Ensure all claims details are recorded accurately and in accordance with procedural guides on the relevant PAS system
- Collaborate with colleagues in both broking and new business teams to ensure the provision of good quality claims data, and the provision of our claims proposition to both existing clients and any prospective clients
- Responsible for your own continuous self-development and training by completion of all role specific/mandatory modules within MyLearning, ensuring completion of the minimum CPD hours applicable to you and your role, and completion of your own individual training plan as agreed with your line manager
- Proactively deal with all claims, and promptly alert your line manage to any complaints, conflicts of interest, and Errors & Omissions (E&Os), in line with Group Policy and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirement including adherence to FCA Guidelines, as well as the business units training & competence plan
- Ensure active participation in any team meetings/communications,
- supporting and assisting with the development of others wherever possible
- To undertake training in line with agreed objectives and keep up to date with technical, legal and market development via use of e-learning, internal training and reading market related material
- Always act professionally and courteously when dealing with both clients and colleagues alike
- To undertake any other task as may be reasonably be required by the Team Leader, Claims Hub Manager or Head of Claims.

**Desirable**
- If not already qualified to ACII level or above, willingness to study and obtain qualifications
- 5+ years experience dealing with claims in a broking environment
