Customer Service Representative

Trinity Business Support are currently looking to add a number of Lead Generators/B2B Sales Executives to our team.
Due to continued business growth we are now looking to increase our energy division.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing key customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling billing queries. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing guidance on energy services.

On-the-job training and mentorship will be provided. This will be provided by experienced and well-informed professionals with years in the Energy industry.

**Responsibilities**:
- Validation of supplier invoices
- Chasing remittances with suppliers
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve billing disputes
- Working with tenant recharges
- Analysing data
- Logging meter reads with suppliers for accurate bills
- Building relationships with suppliers and customers in a professional way
**About You**:
- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience within the energy industry
- Good verbal and written skills
- A positive enthusiastic approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- The successful applicant must have an analytic mind, good people skills and high grades in Maths and IT.
- Previous experience in the energy energy industry.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
