**Role Description**
To provide administrative support to the New Business and Marketing team.
To assist with all elements of bid and proposal writing and management (PQQ, tender and presentation stages) and other business development and marketing activity as required.
**Main Duties**
- Administration of new job alerts, tender portals and CRM database (updating client and tender information)
- Administration of team calendar and inbox, co-ordination the allocation and completion of tasks for the bid team
- Ensure printing supplies are available and replenished, reporting any maintenance issues to the printer service provider
- Provide administrative support where needed across the team, ensuring confidentiality and maintenance of accurate record systems
**Essential skills**:
- Level 4/C in Maths and English GCSE
- Competent IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Able to work in a busy, fast-moving environment
**Desirable skills**:
- Experience working in a similar role and industry
**Package**:
- Salary - £14,000 to £20,000
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
- Holidays + bank holidays and Christmas Closure
**Additional Information**
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Six Month Probationary Period
- As part of the interview process you will be required to complete an aptitude test

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
