Equans is looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our team in Stoke-On-Trent, ST4 4DB. This is an 18-month, full time apprenticeship role working 37.5 hours per week.

As our Apprentice Administrator you’ll support the Stoke Schools contract administrative function working in each functional area including finance, helpdesk, technical and contract admin as part of their own learning journey. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships and ensuring that pro-active communication is maintained whilst learning new skills working with peers and mentors.

What will you deliver?

Your role consists of a secondment across administrative functions during the apprenticeship which will allow you to gain a variety of skills. This will include:
Contract Administrator - Assist with the provision of documents including provision of Monthly contract reports, work stream trackers, contractual letters, memos, reports, dealing with confidential documents etc in an efficient and effective manner.
Helpdesk Administrator - Understand overview of services provided, work order processes and contractual SLA’s. Support helpdesk team in raising purchase orders and liaising with external suppliers and engineers for updates on reactive, planned, and corrective work orders.
Technical Administrator - Understand compliance types, support filing of compliance documentation, raising of corrective maintenance work orders and purchase orders. Complete and submit quotation template for RLC & SW orders and raise purchase orders for supply chain.
Finance Administrator - proactive management of WIP, approval of Purchase invoices, Applications for payments and sales invoices.
