Off to Work is looking for a
**Right to Work and Referencing Assistant** who is driven and patient, with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative. The
**Right to Work and Referencing Assistant** will be working as part of a vibrant, process-driven team full of ideas, reporting to the Compliance Officer. We need someone with strong admin skills, organisation and attention to detail. The ability to be able to pick up new skills quickly is key Full training will be provided, so whether you’ve just graduated or have been working in the industry for years and are looking to spread your knowledge, this may be just the role for you.

**Right to Work and Referencing Assistant**
- **Key responsibilities will include**:

- Comply at all times with all relevant UK or other immigration and employment law.
- Accurate and timely completion of all daily and project-based right to work and referencing administration, ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures at all times.
- Issue outgoing references where requested with required precision.
- Ensure all contact with staff and external referees alike is professional and reflective of the OTW brand.
- Take ownership of document verification and internally auditing the administration for new recruits.
- Continuously re-evaluate internal systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Be a point of contact for all Operational queries and provide regular/necessary updates to the team in order to ensure the business remains aware of internal procedures.
- Assist on external and internal audits, security clearances & DBS checks.
- Maintain and manage all relevant inboxes efficiently.
- Be confident to use own initiative to work independently at times and as part of a larger team at others.

**The Minimum requirements for our Right to Work and Referencing Assistant**:

- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in spoken English and exceptional written English.
- Excellent phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients.
- Microscopic attention to detail and accuracy, efficiently utilising time and resources to achieve maximum output.
- Self-driven with determination and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks.
- Inherent ability to prioritise and multi-task, via a systematic approach.
- Exemplary work ethic.
- Immaculately presented, with pride in both appearance and work.
- Qualified to A-level or equivalent.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
