Right Step to Learning, an Ofsted registered tuition centre, seeks a highly motivated and experienced KS1 Tutor to join our team. As a KS1 tutor, you will play a crucial role in preparing students in Year 2 for their KS1 SATS and preparing our Year 3 students to transition to the 11+ grammar class. You will deliver high-quality tutoring sessions, assess students' progress, and create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential and develop a love of learning.
- Provide regular feedback to parents/guardians on their child's progress and areas of improvement.
- Tailor tutoring approaches to meet each student's unique needs, learning style, and academic goals.
- Cultivate a positive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring concepts, and building their confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of each student's progress and communicate their performance to parents or guardians regularly.
- Work collaboratively with other tutors and staff members to share best practices, enhance the overall learning experience, and contribute to the growth of the tuition center.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work patiently with students of various abilities and maintain a supportive and empathetic approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to plan effective lessons, track student progress, and manage administrative responsibilities.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.

Immediate start

The class time is every Saturday at 13:00PM-15:00 PM with a twenty-minute break with the students.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
