**What you will be doing...**

We’re looking for a Referencing Specialist to work with our team at Birmingham Airport helping to manage our process for obtaining airside passes for the Pilots, Cabin Crew, and Ground Operations colleagues. You’ll adhere to all legal, industry, and company vetting and compliance requirements while helping us to make sure the onboarding process for new colleagues is as smooth and seamless as possible

What you’ll be doing:

- You’ll work with the Head Office team, making sure that each person who works with us has been appropriately referenced and vetted.

What you’ll have:

- You’ll have a high attention to detail, with the ability to identify any errors
- You’ll be organised, with good communication skills, both verbal and written
- You’ll also need to have the ability to obtain a Counter Terrorism Check (CTC)
